Lock-up Expiration Calendar

Check in advance how many shares could hit the market when mandatory holding periods end.

Why lock-up expirations matter

  1. Share supply hits the market

When shares held by institutions and major shareholders come off their mandatory holding period and reach the market, they can create short-term supply pressure.

  2. Check the ratio

The larger the unlocked share relative to total shares outstanding, the bigger the potential impact.

  3. 1, 3 and 6 months after listing

For IPO shares, lock-up expirations often cluster at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after listing.
